In order to implement the mode and concept of local management of the company, the project department has regularly started to conduct corporate culture training for excellent local employees selected by various departments since June 2nd, 2019 so as to enhance the understanding of local employees on Chinese language and culture and the communication and integration between front-line employees.
The main content of this training focused on Chinese and company culture. After the early language classes began, the local staff actively signed up, showing great enthusiasm and initiative for learning, and the part-time teachers in the project department went all out to explain and answer questions carefully.
Wang Jianxin, manager of the project department, said that in order to improve the basic communication ability of front-line employees, enhance the cohesion and tacit understanding of the team, and thus improve the production efficiency, Nepali and English courses will be offered successively in the future, so as to enrich the content of local staff training. The training activity will definitely become the focus of cultural construction expansion of the non-suspension airport project in Nepal.
