During the century-long journey of the Communist Party of China, Yan'an and Shaoxingin have, with their unique historical status and spiritual wealth, become sacred places of the Chinese revolution. In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to promote the in-depth and practical implementation of Party discipline education activities, our company organized a profoundly meaningful red learning trip - visiting Yan'an, Shaoxingin and other places for red education and traditional historical culture learning activities.
Yan'an, this city located in the old area of Shaanxi Province at that time, was the headquarters of the Communist Party of China. It witnessed the glorious journey of the Communist Party of China during the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War. Here, the older generation of revolutionaries cultivated the "Yan'an Spirit" of self-reliance, hard work, seeking truth from facts, and serving the people wholeheartedly, which is a precious treasure in the treasury of the Chinese national spirit. Zhaojin, as the center of the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Revolutionary Base, has witnessed the Communist Party's establishment of the 26th Red Army of China and the creation of the Shaanxi-Gansu Border Revolutionary Base centered around Zhaojin under extremely difficult and harsh conditions. This has given rise to the Zhaojin Spirit - the heroic spirit of not fearing sacrifice and tenacious struggle, the innovative courage of independence and pioneering, and the work style of basing oneself on reality and maintaining close ties with the people.
Through this activity, our aim is to enable every member of the company to experience that magnificent historical period up close, deeply understand the connotations of the Yan'an Spirit and the Zhaojin Spirit, and thereby transform this spirit into a powerful driving force for promoting the company's development in the new era. We hope that by visiting red education bases such as the Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall, the Revolutionary Sites of Yangjialing, and the Zhaojin Memorial Hall, employees will be spiritually baptized, emotionally shaken, and spiritually inspired, further strengthening their ideals and beliefs and enhancing their Party spirit cultivation.

Thoughts after Red Education (Feng Yanqiang) 

Thank the company for organizing this red education program. While witnessing the magnificent landscapes of our motherland, I once again felt the greatness and tenacity of the Chinese nation. For me, this was a journey to purify the soul and purify the mind. I love the beautiful mountains and rivers, and I am even more fascinated by the stories that take place there. Every mountain and every waterway left a deep impression on me, and the stories that happened there are like aged wine, making me linger in thought for a long time. A mountain is not high if it has a fairy. Some seemingly insignificant places, due to their extraordinary history, have become shining. Especially the earthen caves in Yan'an, the mountain caves in Zhaokin, and the wooden buildings in Qingmucun have left a deep impression on me. These three places seem plain and unremarkable on the surface, even ordinary and unremarkable, but in these places, wonderful and magnificent dramas have taken place, with big figures appearing and small figures retiring, with joys and sorrows, peaks and valleys. In the drama, there are the interweaving of excitement and noise, hardship and suffering, struggle and danger, dreams and persistence, youth and sacrifice, giving up and betrayal, etc., full of youth, dreams, and热血...
The stories of great men are undoubtedly wonderful and even legendary. But as one of the countless people， I pay more attention to the experiences of ordinary small characters in the context of the great era. Although they cannot change the course of history or even control their own destinies， they still use their entire lives to write or are still writing their own stories. These stories are also very weighty and have great potential， inspiring people. Zhang Sidi in Yan'an， Tong Fengyun in Zhaokin， and the eldest son of the Wei family in Qingmucun， they either passed away in the past or are still alive. They are all ordinary people， all grains of dust in the great current of history. They either due to chance or choice， are performing different life stories.

Learning Experience on the Yan'an Spirit (Zhang Chao)

Yan'an, a name that shines brightly in the history of the Chinese revolution, embodies the great spirit of hard work and self-reliance of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people. Recently, I had the opportunity to deeply study the Yan'an Spirit. Through this learning, I was deeply touched and gained a deeper understanding and comprehension of the Yan'an Spirit.
The Yan'an Spirit was a great revolutionary spirit formed during the Yan'an period. It encompasses multiple aspects such as a firm and correct political direction, the thought line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, the fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, and the entrepreneurial spirit of self-reliance and hard work. These spiritual connotations are not only important tools for the Communist Party of China and the Chinese people to overcome all difficulties and achieve revolutionary victory during the Yan'an period, but also a powerful spiritual driving force for us to uphold and develop the Chinese characteristics of socialism in the new era and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
During the study of the Yan'an Spirit, I deeply realized the importance of a firm and correct political direction. During the Yan'an period, in the face of complex domestic and international situations and arduous revolutionary tasks, the Communist Party of China always adhered to the guiding position of Marxism, upheld the leadership of the Party, and firmly followed its own path. This firm political direction provided us with valuable experience for today's development. Only by adhering to the correct political direction can we ensure that the cause of the Party and the country always move forward along the right track.
At the same time, I also deeply understood the value of the thought line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts. During the Yan'an period, the Communist Party of China, based on summarizing historical experience, proposed the thought line of seeking truth from facts, emphasizing everything starting from reality and integrating theory with practice, and testing truth in practice and developing truth. This thought line provided important methodological guidance for us to promote reform and opening up and the socialist modernization drive today. Only by adhering to the thought of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts can we continuously promote theoretical and practical innovation and open up new prospects for the development of the cause.

Summary and Reflections on the Learning Activity in Northern Shaanxi (Xiao Feng)

What deeply touched and inspired me during this learning activity was the red spirit of Yan'an in Northern Shaanxi. Just like a towering lighthouse, it illuminated our path forward. The spirit of hard work and self-reliance, which is inherent in it, constantly reminds us to remain true to our original aspirations and fulfill our missions.
The Yan'an spirit embodies a firm and correct political direction. In that tumultuous era, countless revolutionary predecessors held firm beliefs in communism and gathered in Yan'an, striving tirelessly for the liberation of the nation and the happiness of the people. Like a bright light, it guided people through the darkness and urged them to forge ahead. The spirit of self-reliance and hard work is deeply imprinted in the Yan'an spirit. In the face of scarce resources and harsh conditions, the people of Yan'an relied on their own hands to carry out the large-scale production movement and achieved self-sufficiency. The plots of cultivated land and the drops of hard work's sweat all tell of tenacity and perseverance. This spirit makes us understand that no matter what difficulties and challenges we face, as long as we have tenacious will and an unyielding spirit, there are no difficulties that cannot be overcome. The core of the Yan'an spirit is serving the people wholeheartedly. During the Yan'an period, Communist Party members were closely connected with the people, doing everything for the people and relying on the people. This close bond between fish and water made us understand that the power of the people is infinite, and only by always placing the people in the highest position in our hearts can we win the people's support and endorsement.
