In order to better take care of the employees' lives, with the support and care from our company's leadership, after several months of preparation by the Comprehensive Management Department, on April 22nd, the headquarters staff canteen of Kaidien was officially put into use! Establishing an employee canteen is a major and beneficial initiative by the company to solve the problem of meal difficulties for its employees. The company's leaders attach great importance to the preparation of the canteen. In order to run the canteen well, the company extensively visited the market to purchase various equipment, screened and recruited professional chefs through multiple rounds of selection, and specially formulated job management systems for canteen staff, as well as procurement procedures for canteen supplies, to standardize the management of canteen services, hygiene and safety. They also uniformly purchased tableware, disinfection cabinets, electric hot water heaters, steaming boxes, etc. After several months of intense preparation, a spacious, bright, clean and hygienic canteen was presented to the employees. 
In addition, all the ingredients are selected by the staff themselves, and the cooking utensils are all strictly disinfected. This way, the staff no longer have to worry about food hygiene issues such as whether the dishes are clean or whether there is gutter oil.



The opening of the staff canteen has truly made the employees feel the convenience of dining, deeply experiencing the company's consideration and care for its employees, enhancing their sense of belonging, expanding their space for happiness. It not only attracts people but also unites hearts. The employees enjoy their meals and feel warmth in their hearts.
