Foreign students have been attracted to the Nepal Project Department of AVIC-KDN for internship

Since entering the market in Nepal, AVIC-KDN has always been aware of maintaining its good corporate image, actively expanding and organizing various public benefit activities, especially the Chinese and Nepalese training classes which were set up recently, with the goal of strengthening the localized management. The training classes not only enhances the cultural exchange and communication among the staff, reinforces the cohesion, but also improves the tacit understanding among employees, which is conducive to work efficiency.

With the increasing influence on the local market, some foreign students have been attracted to the Nepal Project Department for internship. For example, Zewangdan Zeng, an Indian student who studied Chinese and achieved grade HSK4 in Nepal, and Ajanram, a student from Jump University of Science and Technology, have officially entered the project department for internship. During the internship, the students mentioned above have been able to combine theory with practice and improve their professional skills through management as well as technical training while experiencing the corporate culture of our company, laying a solid foundation for their future career.

We firmly believe that the Project Department of Nepal will continue to shoulder corporate responsibility awareness of AVIC-KDN, actively fulfill social responsibility, and strive to plan and develop public benefit activities to contribute to the local society in various aspects. At the same time, the department will also contribute to the social development of Nepal by making good use of the responsibility concept deeply rooted in corporate culture.
