The golden tiger bids farewell to the old year, while the jade rabbit welcomes the new spring. During the Spring Festival, the project department of AVIC-KDN Kaidien Nepal Airport organized various spring festival celebration activities centered around the theme of "Welcoming the New Year".
In order to create a festive atmosphere, the project team organized everyone to carry out a thorough cleaning, paste New Year pictures, hang lanterns, paste couplets, and hoist colorful flags early on. Spring couplets and New Year pictures were posted everywhere. Lanterns were hung both inside and outside the doors, and the entire accommodation area was decorated with lights and banners, exuding a joyous and festive atmosphere.
On the morning of New Year's Eve, members of the project team's family gathered together to make dumplings. Each person held the dumpling wrapper in one hand and filled it with the filling with the other hand. They then closed their hands together and pressed them together, creating dumplings with a flavor from their hometown. Although the shapes of the dumplings made were different, everyone was enjoying themselves and the scene was lively and warm.
As the New Year's Eve night fell, after welcoming the colleagues who had been working at the site back, everyone began to watch the Spring Festival Gala and have the New Year's Eve dinner together. Throughout the entire celebration, the project department prepared a variety of prize items and red envelopes for everyone. With each lottery draw, the atmosphere at the scene reached new peaks. While enjoying the delicious food and singing and laughing, all the colleagues of AVIC-KDN spent the last day of the 2022 Year of the Tiger together.
On the afternoon of the first day of the Lunar New Year, the project department held a festive activity. Games such as blindfolded banana eating, card and flour relay race, bag jumping, sandbag throwing, and hugging the group... These activities were both exciting and funny, and every participant had a great time.
On the second day of the Lunar New Year, the project team organized everyone to go to the Kulekhani scenic area for an outdoor activity. During the activity, everyone went boating on the lake, hiked in the mountains, lazily enjoyed sunbathing, and fully relaxed their minds and bodies in the beautiful scenery.
The organization of this New Year celebration series has not only enriched people's dietary life and alleviated their homesickness, but also conveyed happiness, enhanced friendship, improved the overall project department's ability for teamwork and collaboration, demonstrated the excellent mental state and proactive spirit of enterprise of the Cadion employees, effectively stimulated the work enthusiasm and passion of the majority of employees, and enhanced their sense of gain, happiness and belonging.
