In order to enhance the comprehensive quality of employees and cultivate a group of versatile talents who are in line with the development environment of our company in terms of knowledge and skills, work concepts, and innovation capabilities, and to continuously strengthen the comprehensive competitiveness of the enterprise, starting from September 11th, our Nepal project department has launched a 15-day Sketch Up training program for key training targets such as management trainees, project department managers, and other outstanding managers.
To ensure that employees can quickly and efficiently master important business skills, and achieve proficiency as soon as possible and be able to apply them comprehensively in practice, the Nepal project department collaborated with the professional training institution Broadway Infosys Nepal. They hired Nepalese professional lecturers to conduct two-hour training sessions every day. At the same time, in order to achieve the expected results, during the training period, dedicated personnel were arranged to promptly grasp the situation and adjust the training progress in a timely manner. This was done to prepare for the assessment work in the later stages of the training and the continuous training content for the next phase.
The implementation of this training program not only helps to enhance and improve the core competitiveness of individual employees, but also brings in a group of highly qualified and skilled talents for the local construction of our project department.
