On March 20th, 2019, the deputy Procurator-general of the National Procuratorate of Angola Mr. Inocêncio. Mendes visited the New International Airport of Angola, Luanda, accompanied by more than 20 people. Mr Liu Dexiang, the deputy general director; Mr. Zhang Qingmin, the deputy general director and Mr. Duan Haiying, the chief engineer of the project were also present.

The Deputy Procurator-general as well other attendants began this visit by coming to the exhibition hall of the department directorate, where they watched the video introduction of the project, listened to the introduction of the maquette and browsed the drawings, etc. Subsequently they visited the airport runway, the central apron, central substation, VIP Terminal, passenger terminal, etc. to get to know about the construction progress.

The two sides exchanged views on the progress of the new airport project, current difficulties and challenges, and other remaining problems, and urged all departments to work together to solve the problems and promote the smooth start of the project.
